Monolith Basic / Classic Fireplate Griddle

Huge 74cm diameter steel griddle plate for the Monolith Basic, Classic or Avantgarde.

Complete with gasket felt to make a good snug airtight fit onto the bottom of the dome.

Remove the top vent from your grill, open the lid, place the Fireplate on the dome and then fit the top vent to the centre of the fireplate to use as a temperature control as normal.

Supplied with a Drip Tray, which fits neatly beneath the large aperture at the front to collect all the grease.
